Objective
Enthusiastic, dedicated coaching professional seeking to secure a position as a high school head soccer coach in order to influence in a positive manner athletes and students both on and off the field, helping each student achieve a love of soccer, a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship, and an increased sense of accomplishment and level of self-esteem.
Coaching Philosophy
I am an engaged teacher of the love of soccer, good sportsmanship, and fundamental individual and team skills. My endless belief and love of the game of soccer is as strong as my desire and joy to share my soccer skills and knowledge with others. I believe that the playing field should be a learning environment that provides productive sportsmanship to all. I believe in conditioning and injury prevention, fundamentals, individual creativity and team play. I believe in an attacking aggressive game. I stress the importance of working hard and having fun in practices and games. I believe that all children enjoy playing the game of soccer. Therefore, I strive to ensure the playing field is a desirable, fun and learning environment for all.
